Trading Hours Reddy Roasts stores operate 7 days a week from 11am to 8.30pm (unless otherwise stated on our Shop Locations page). Christmas Day trading is restricted to pre-booked Christmas Orders from 9am to 1pm. We are closed on Boxing Day and New Years Day unless prior arrangements have been made with individual stores. Home Delivery Service Reddy Roasts Home Delivery Service operates from 5pm to 8pm daily. Please check our Shop Locations page for stores that offer a Home Delivery Service. The minimum order amount is $23.00 (this does not include the delivery fee). A $4.00 delivery fee will be added to your order total. At the Manager’s discretion, deliveries may be taken outside of the normal delivery zone, and an additional fee will be charged. The Driver carries a small amount of change, so please state at time of ordering if you will require additional change. Your order will arrive as close as possible to the stated time. On busy nights please allow for an hour’s wait. Seniors Card & Aged Pension Cards must be presented to the Driver to be eligible for the seniors’ discount. Please note that the discount is applied to food items only and you will be required to pay the full delivery fee. Catering All confirmed Catering orders require a 20% deposit 5 days prior to delivery unless other arrangements have been made. The balance is due and payable at the time of delivery. Where your delivery is outside normal delivery times and/or outside of normal delivery zones, an appropriate Delivery Fee will be added to your invoice and will be payable on or before the time of delivery. The delivery fee will be discussed with you at the time of placing your order. Unless function staff have been hired, delivery staff will only be available to place your food, etc. on your serving tables (or nominated area) ready for you to serve smorgasbord style. Reddy Roasts does not provide serving utensils, jugs, etc. for “Do-It-Yourself” and Party Specials catering. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless other arrangements have been made. Cancellations We require 48 hours notice of any cancellation or a $50 administration fee will be charged. Any refund due to you will be made by cheque unless other arrangements are made. If a catering job is cancelled after cooking and preparation has commenced, the full order amount will be due and payable.
